    DETAILS:
    - One physician, 3 APPs
    - Outpatient-only (no inpatient or ER)
    - 'Phone call' only - 1 day per week and 1:5 weekend
    - 4-day work week (longer days)
    - Short drive to Sioux Falls, SD
