  • Additional Info: Position will spend two days at Chicago Heights location, two days at South Holland, and the remaining week day will be telemedicine.
    - 10 Hour Shifts 4 Days per Week or 8 Hour Shifts 5 Days per Week
    - Provide continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults according to current standards of care
    - Make diagnoses and prescribe medication as necessary
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - IL License REQUIRED
