    - Salary range: $236, to $241,000

    - Doctor of Medicine () or Doctor of Osteopathy () from an accredited school of medicine
    - Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
    - Completion of an accredited Residency Program
    - Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (New Graduates are welcome to apply)
