  • Compensation: $84 - $113 Hourly Rate Based on Experience

    Your Role:
    - Provide exceptional primary care, including acute & chronic condition management
    - Lead a Care Team to coordinate care, improve outcomes & enhance patient experience
    - Participate in quality improvement initiatives
    - Utilize population health data to improve care strategies
    - Maintain hospital privileges, licensure, CPR, and DEA certification
