  • Compensation:
    - Earning potential up to $600,000
    - $50,000 per clinic day during the clinic ramp-up period
    - $250,000/yr plus 12% of collections performed by the physician (whichever is higher), once working 5 days/week
    - Equity: 10% ownership in San Antonio practice, valued at $300,000 - $500,000 in 2 years based on the Houston model

    Our group is a well-established, multi-site medical practice specializing in the treatment of lower extremity venous disease. We're known for exceptional operational support, proven market success, and a scalable growth model that empowers physicians with ownership opportunities.
    Candidate Highlights:
    - New graduates welcome
    - Surgical, interventional, or vascular background helpful, but not required
    - Spanish language skills are a plus (not mandatory)

    - Must be willing to travel between three clinics: 2 in San Antonio, and 1 in San Marcos.
    - Travel is local and same-day (no overnights).
