    Join our vibrant community health center and take on a crucial role in managing a diverse and complex primary care panel. As part of our integrated, multi-disciplinary team, you'll collaborate with behavioral health therapists, peer recovery coaches, psychiatrists, nurses, community health workers, and family medicine physicians. Together, you'll provide comprehensive primary care, including the management of legacy medications, utilizing cutting-edge, evidence-based, harm-reduction strategies and consensual deprescribing approaches.
    Required:
    - 5 years of primary care experience as an NP
    - Specialized training or experience in addiction or pain management is a plus
    - Must be licensed by the RI Department of Health
    - Comfotable working with EMRs
    - EMR: NextGen
