    - Salary Range: $108,000 to $120,000

    Job Summary:
    The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will provide continuous and comprehensive services necessary for the promotion of whole person care. The APP will provide treatment and primary care to patients in collaboration with and under the supervision of IHC Deputy CMO and/or CMO. The APP works collaboratively with other on-site medical, care team and mental health providers to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and quality patient care.
    Qualifications:
    - FNP: Nurse Practitioner certification from either the ANCC / AANP
    - Valid license in the State of Indiana
    - Current DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority post-hire
    - Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
    - 3+ years of clinical experience as an NP in the primary care setting
    - Previous experience working in a Community Health Center is preferred but not required
    - Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required
