  • Additional Info: The ideal candidate will integrate with both the staff and community, immersing themselves amongst our diverse patient population, and has the ability to work independently and autonomously without additional supervision or oversight.
    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    -Must be comfortable seeing a variety of patients that include: Ethnically and socioeconomically diverse, LGBTQ, transgendered, and HIV population
    -Provider must be willing to provide care to patients ranging from pediatric to adult, including provision of medications & prescriptions
    -Work life balance focused: Admin time can be conducted from home with, seeing patients via teleheatlh
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -Will accept new graduate candidates who are confident and strong in their field, requiring little training and supervision. 1-2 years of experience working as an NP preferred.
    -Comfortable with eCW EMR system
    -Lives/ability to comfortably commute to our health center location
    -NY state-licensed
    -BE/BC
