- Benefits:
- PTO depends on years of service and varies between 224 - 460 maximum hours accruable

-$2500 CME Education stipend for full-time providers and 5 CME days or (40 hours) - Additional Info: The Deputy Medical Director provides strategic and medical leadership for the Community Health Center, overseeing Site Medical Directors and ensuring safe, effective, and quality care. A senior leader, this role guides clinical policy, supervises provider teams, manages budgets, drives quality improvement, and represents the center in public and interagency settings. Requires current Oregon medical licensure (MD, DO, or NP), board certification, DEA and CPR certification, and eligibility for credentialing.
