  • Benefits:

  • Additional Info: The Immediate Access Provider delivers same-day and next-day care for new and established patients to reduce referrals to outside Urgent Care/ED. Unlike traditional APCs, this role has no patient panel but supports continuity with clinical FTE and indirect care. Provides assessments, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, minor procedures (sutures, biopsies, wound care, casting), interprets diagnostics, and coordinates with integrated teams (primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy, dental). Covers colleagues, completes documentation, participates in committees, compliance review, and continuing education. Positions may be filled across Integrated Clinical Services clinics: East, Mid, Rockwood, North Portland, Northeast, and Southeast Health Centers.
    Requirements:
    - Valid NP, PA, or MD license
    - CPR/BLS certification
    - DEA certification
