  • Additional Info: Join our dynamic float team providing essential coverage across TrueCare’s FQHC network. Support underserved patients by filling in for providers on leave, PTO, or illness—delivering continuity and high-quality care where it’s needed most. In this role, you’ll provide primary care at any of our 18 sites (Mon–Sat, 8–5), with a 1:4 Saturday rotation (replacing one weekday). See ~20 patients/day in 20-minute blocks, supported by a 2:1 MA ratio and 3 rotating exam rooms. Help optimize clinic operations while using OCHIN EPIC EMR.
    Requirements:
    - Minimum 2 years post-training Primary Care experience
    - Active CA license & unrestricted DEA
    - Board certified (AANP or NCCPA)
    - Committed to patient-centered care & health equity
    - Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
