    FULL-SCOPE ENDO:
    -Cater to a variety of patients with conditions including diabetes, thyroid, PCOS, gender affirming care, pituitary conditions, and adrenal conditions
    SCHEDULE & LIFESTYLE:
    -Outpatient only
    -No weekends + 4 admin hours weekly
    -Phone call rarely ever occurs
    -30-minute appointments for new patients, 15min for follow-ups
    GROWTH & STABILITY:
    -FQHC that has rapidly grown from 7 to 16 clinics
    -All providers have 2 nurse providers for support (CMA or LPN)
    -Athena EMR
    Will accept new graduates!
