  • Compensation: Compensation is based on salary + productivity incentives. Base salary starts at $150k but can be incentivized beyond, taking into consideration additional bonuses and incentives.

  • Additional Info: The Floating Hospital, based just outside of Manhattan, is a community-based organization with values on giving back and serving our New York Community.
    -Float between our 2 Brooklyn locations in East Flatbush and Brooklyn Heights.
    -Serve a diverse patient population ranging from the unhoused to the community of neighbors, family, and friends you call home.
    -Cater to the family unit, providing comprehensive care to women and children. Our patient population consists of about 50% peds and 50% adults

    -Zero call responsibilities
    -EXCELLENT SUPPORT STAFF: Mix of MAs, LPNs, RNs, and 2 MDs on staff

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -Candidates must be experienced in primary care and comfortable working with pediatric patient populations as an NP/PA
    -Must be able to work autonomously without supervision.
    -Must be willing to commute between the 2 locations
