  • Hours:Flexible | 6, 10, and 12 Hour Shifts Available ( 24 hours a week minimum for Part-time)

  • Average Patients seen: 4+ patients per hour
  • Call Schedule: No Call
  • Compensation: Earning Potential up to $250,000 annually.
    - We offer an hourly patient volume incentive bonus for all Providers and an hourly solo bonus for NPs and PAs who are able to work solo ;/li>

    DEVELOP YOUR SKILLSET AND EXPERTISE: Engage in a fast-paced, supportive and collaborative environment.
    -Urgent Care environment: Candidates must be comfortable closing 30-40 patient notes per day
    REPUTATION MATTERS: Work with AFC, one of the largest urgent care systems throughout the nation, known for providing comprehensive and astute urgent care services.
    IDEAL CANDIDATES:
    -Experienced: About a 1 year of clinical NP/PA experience (outside of clinical rotations). Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience a plus!
    -Skilled: Knowledgeable in procedures and comfortable seeing patients of all ages (1+).
    -Proactive: Open about any skills gaps or employment gaps, with a clear explanation of how you've addressed them.
    -Team-Oriented: Willing to work every other full weekend (Sat/Sun) and proportional holidays as part of the provider rotation
