  • Additional Info: In this role, you will provide primary care within our FQHC network, including a 1:4 Saturday rotation (replaces one weekday). Help streamline clinic operations across 18 sites (Mon-Sat, 8-5). See 20 patients daily in 20-minute blocks with a 2:1 MA ratio and 3 rotating exam rooms. Use OCHIN's EPIC EMR to help shape the future of healthcare.
    Requirements in the following:
    - Strong background in Primary Care experience. Most roles require at least 2 years of practice experience, post-training experience
    - Active California Medical License. Current and Unrestricted DEA
    - Board Certified with either AANP or NCCPA
    - Commitment to Patient-Centered Care & Health Equity.
    - Bilingual in Spanish & English (Preferred but not required).
