    DETAILS:
    - Provide comprehensive medical care to a panel of adult patients continuously
    - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patient, including observations during examinations.
    - Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
    - AAHIVM certification and/or LGBT health certification is a plus
    - EHR - eClinical Works
    - Experience with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) preferred
    - 2+ years of Experience REQUIRED
